Access notice for AVG software users

We are aware that members who use AVG Anti-Virus software to protect their computers are currently experiencing difficulty accessing CUA's Web Banker.
CUA is working directly with AVG to rectify the problem which is being caused by another third party provider. We are confident that the matter will be resolved shortly. However, in the meantime, those affected can access Web Banker using a computer loaded with a different internet security software application or contact AVG Customer Support on 1300 855 005 (8am-6pm Melbourne time) to seek guidance on how best to resolve the problem.
